This program aims to empower and connect individuals through effective self-defence techniques by learning to recognize and respond to boundary crossings, allowing us to create safer spaces for ourselves and others.
The aim of this programme is to teach basic self-defence techniques through positive self-empowerment. The main focus is the alignment of body, voice, mind and senses to become fully aware of one's own power. By learning how to recognize danger and react to boundary crossings, they will hopefully gain the confidence to set clear boundaries in order to create more safety for themselves and others.
Warm-up, fitness and self-defence are the three key sections of the course. All three parts are led by a qualified instructor and accompanied by music to allow for both safe participation and creative expression.
