A social kitchen for the women’s section in Moria camp.
Many of our former volunteers will remember the numerous discussions and vital decisions that were made around this yellow table, which now has another important job: it’s gone to the women’s social kitchen at Moria camp. This is only the start of our plan to create a place where the women can warm up their food or supplement what the Greek Army provides by adding herbs and spices to help make meals taste more like home. Most importantly, the kitchen provides a space for social contact between women. Very soon we will provide more tables and 25 chairs.
So happy to see people working or having fun by using the goods that we have provided. Photos speak for themselves.
